Etape 1:

Initial contact.

Once you have made contact with us, our team will email you a file to fill in. This will include a medical file to be completed by your doctor, as well as a file for you to fill in about your needs.

Étape 3:

Once your application has been validated, we will work together to provide you with personalised support tailored to your needs.

If you're wondering which dog to take, see the section :

Étape 2:

Once we have received your application, our team will give you a decision within two months as to whether or not to accept your application. A telephone appointment with a member of our team may be required.

A personnalised accompaniment

Once you received a positive reply, we will make an appointment together. First of all, we'll meet you and your dog and assess the pairing.

This allows us to assess the needs of the pair and to be sure that your dog is capable of accompanying you.

This is what we call an entrance exam.

During the appointment we will also discuss your expectations. What do you need? What tasks could your dog do to help you?

We'll then write down a short list of objectives. This list is open-ended, so you can change or add to it as your needs change.
